The following table shows the results of the DEG analysis for each cell type against the rest of the cells. The table is limited to the first 200 entries per cell type, ordered by log fold-change between cells of the respective cell type and all others.

You can reorder the table by clicking on the column title. You can order by multiple columns by pressing the shift button while selecting the second or third column for reordering.
The full DEG analysis table can be downloaded in the Downloads section. The statistics were computed using the edgeR package on aggregated pseudo-bulk samples. The columns split into the cell type, gene, the log fold-change (logFC), log2 counts per million (logCPM), the F-Statistic (F), p-value, false discovery rate (FDR), number of pseudo-samples of the cell type, number of pseudo-samples from all other cell types, the proportion of cells expressing the gene inside the cluster, and the proportion of cells expressing the gene outside the cluster.
