Welcome to SingmiR!
SingmiR is an online platform for pre-processing and quantifying single-cell miRNA fastq files (.fastq.gz). Our tool preprocesses reads according to the library preparation methods validated in Hücker, S. et al. and quantifies miRNAs by mapping against GRCh38 and mirbase v22. We provide extensive downstream analyses like embeddings, clustering, correlation and DE analysis, enabling researchers to prototype their single-cell library preparation methods faster and simpler.
This website is free and open to all users and there is no login requirement.
Result availability: We aim to keep the processed results for at least two months. Then, all files according to the project will be irrevocably deleted.
Note that currently the fastq files from Hücker et. al. from SRA are not in the correct format. Therefore, we recommend getting the data files from ENA instead.
The application is maintained by the Chair for Clinical Bioinformatics, Saarland University.
