DynaVenn

DynaVenn can be used to determine the most significant overlap between subsets of two or three sorted (gene) lists. This approach avoids the arbitrary selection of a fixed threshold for the length of the sets. The results are visualized using an animated Venn diagram.

Some use cases of DynaVenn are:

  • Select the most significant overlap between replicate experiments.
  • Analyze the overlap between related conditions.
